I believe everyone needs a little bit of help at some point in their lives and can benefit from therapy. Life is complicated and often gets off track, which can leave us feeling frustrated, anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or all kinds of other difficult emotions. My goal is to remind you that you don't have to stay that way. I work to hold a safe space for clients to breathe new hope into their current circumstances and create a life they love.
If you decide to work with me, you can expect me to be warm, empathic, and non-judgemental. I want all of my clients to feel they can be their most authentic selves with me, so I make sessions as open and comfortable as possible. My therapeutic approach is to use family systems theories to help people address challenges in all areas of their life. I'm trained in Brainspotting, which is the main technique I use when working with trauma.
